This all-levels adult ballet class is designed to develop strength, flexibility, and musicality through classical ballet technique. Whether you're new to ballet or returning with experience, the class offers a supportive environment tailored to individual progress.

An all-levels adult contemporary class exploring dynamic movement, musicality, and expressive choreography. This class blends modern technique with creative exploration, offering a supportive space for dancers of all backgrounds

This West African dance class is great for beginners. Every class is accompanied by live drumming.
