This class is designed for moms to learn ways to move their bodies and enjoy dancing while getting into shape. You'll enjoy dancing to different rhythms such as Merengue, Cumbia, Salsa, Reggaeton, Samba and much more.
Classes can be enjoyed when your baby is taking a nap or when awake and alert; you can wear your baby in a carrier or have her/him watch you dance. Wear comfy clothes; wear sports shoes or go barefoot!
First class free! Join us at the Stapleton main studio on Fridays, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
Six class card, valid for eight weeks from date of issue is just $72. Drop-ins are $15 per class.
Tai Chi/QiGong
Instructor: Sifu Michael Shaman
Tai Chi: Is world-renowned for health enhancing and life extending benefits. Its low impact, slow motion movements, coordinated with smooth patterns of breathing, gently massage the joints, organs and tissues, relieving pain and stress and correcting many misalignments and imbalances.
Qigong: These Bio-Energy Cultivation exercise sequences rapidly heal existing maladies and weaknesses in the body, while preparing the whole person for the transformative aspects of Tai Chi Chuan.
SIFU MICHAEL SHAMAN has been teaching these arts for over 25 years and practicing and studying them for over 35 years. He has given workshops, seminars, classes and demonstrations in various parts of the US, as well as in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Jazzercise
Instructor: Deborah Russo
The original dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-70 minute class offers a blend of jazz dance and exercise science set to your favorite music – top 40, jazz, country, funk and classics. Easy-to-follow, fun choreography includes a gentle warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale.
